The first step is to set up a time to meet in person. We can pick a day and time that works for you! We are not opposed to coming to your house after work hours or even on a Saturday if needed.

This is where we'll get to know one another better, talk about your invitation needs, your budget, the color palette you plan to use, styles you love and the overall look and feel of your special day.

Detailed Proposal

3. Detailed Proposal

After our consultation, we will send you a proposal based on everything we discussed and all the details we went over to get you an exact cost for the design and production of your wedding suite.

50% Deposit

4. 50% Deposit

A deposit is required to start the design phase and hold your spot in line. Once we have received your deposit, we can officially welcome you as an Elegant Bride and Groom...Let the fun begin!

Design Phase!!

5. Design Phase!!

We get right to work preparing several design concepts for your review. The process of creating a custom invitation is an evolution and you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and make changes throughout the entire process!

Design Revisions

6. Design Revisions

Based on the feedback you give, we will revise the designs and once again email the updated PDF proofs to you. With an open form of communication, we will refine all the details until you are 100% satisfied.


7. Final Review

A final PDF proof will be emailed for your approval. It is your responsibility to review that every detail is correct, including spelling, dates, etc. After your final approval is received, your project goes into production.


8. Production

Once we've received final approval for the designs, we will begin production. Production turnaround time generally ranges from 2-3 weeks from the date of final artwork approval depending on the printing technique chosen.

9. Delivery

Once your order has completed production, we carefully examine all pieces to make sure it passes our quality assurance test. We then pack up your order and ship it to you via UPS. You'll receive the tracking number as soon as it's available.
